I had an amazing experience at this dealership. All staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Mr. Rey was super helpful and transparent with me through each step of my transaction. He made sure I was aware of what was going on with my purchase and also ensured I was happy at each step of the process. I love my new car and I wouldn’t have been at this stage without him. I bought a Sportage GTline, and one of the main reasons I went with Kia, is because of their 7 year warranty. I have an issue with the gearbox where it keeps locking while I’m driving, also the handbrake light is constantly on, even though the handbrake is released. I called Kia service department to book the car in, only to be told they have no slots available until the end of March. I was going to upgrade my car to the latest model in April, but this has really put me off. The car itself it’s amazing unfortunately their customer service and aftercare isn’t . I don’t feel safe driving this car, with it’s existing problems, but Kia expect me to drive around for another 4 months, before they look at it.

Rey is the best here, he helped me get a new edition Sorento PHEV and helped with my finance and part exchange of my Audi Q7. He is really good highly recommend him. Jess is fantastic too she was the manager who made with Rey the process pain free and seamless. I got life-shine too which is good.
